RENTAL POLICIES:

 

• Your date will be held only if we receive payment within 24 hours of sending confirmation.

• You are responsible for the safety and protection of all materials displayed in the recipient’s lawn.  People are prohibited from playing on or around the lawn greeting display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.

• You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items at a rate of $15 per letter/character.

• Please do not move the letters/characters or attach anything to them or pull the signs from the ground.

• Cardtastic Colorado is not responsible for any damage to personal property during set-up or removal of yard displays.

• Sprinklers must be turned off before designated set up time.

• Please reschedule any planned lawn care.

• Please make sure to water the lawn the night before to assist with easier placement of signs. 

• Cardtastic Colorado and/or its representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.

• You are responsible for approval from any HOA, management, or neighborhood boards.

•  Please make sure someone in the home knows that they will be receiving the greeting so that they can make arrangements. 

• We would love to receive a photo of you next to the display, and we will also take our own pictures. Please let us know if you do not want us to use these pictures on our social media accounts and/or our website.

 

REFUND POLICY:

You can cancel your reservation up to three days in advance to receive a full refund. Any reservations cancelled between one and two days prior to your reservation will be applied toward a credit that can be used for another date within 12 months.

 

In the event of inclement weather we may not be able to set up the greeting. You will receive a full refund in this case.

No refunds will be given for the following reasons:

• Being given the wrong address

• Homeowners requesting the Cardtastic greeting to be removed.

• Being denied access to a gated community or HOA’s requesting removal of signs.

• Animals preventing access to the area to put up signs
